- “The village should look for opportunities to add additional townhomes and condominiums to allow residents to downsize and stay in Wilmette.”
- “More housing at 4th & Linden and along Green Bay will be needed to reinvigorate those districts.”
- “We need to do more to welcome start-ups and small retailers”
- “The thriving restaurant scene downtown is great, but we need more than restaurants across the Village.”
